Existential Therapist

Psychologist / Coach
I provide psychotherapy, supervision and coaching services to individuals and groups adopting an existential and integrative approach in my work.
I offer both in-person and online sessions within Luxembourg and provide online therapy to clients residing in Turkey, across Europe, and other parts of the world.
Some of the areas I work with include grief, anxiety, depression, significant life changes and transitions, relationship difficulties, identity and integration struggles related to living abroad, and professional or career-related challenges.
Together with my clients, we often explore themes such as loss and meaning; belonging and disconnection; change and uncertainty; self-worth, identity; and the search for authenticity and balance in life. My priority is to create a space where you can explore whatever feels most meaningful or pressing in your life right now; the questions, emotions, and experiences that invite reflection, understanding, and growth.
In my approach to therapy, I view each dialogue as a space to slow down and reflect, with the intention of gaining a deeper understanding. We are not separate from the worlds we live in; our thoughts, emotions, and struggles mirror the ways we relate to life itself.
What often appears as anxiety, disconnection, confusion, or depression is less about something being “wrong” and more about what has not yet been fully understood. I work existentially, which means I am less focused on labelling symptoms and more curious about what your experiences are trying to express; what they may be asking of you, and what you long for or need.
Together, we pay close attention to how you live, love, struggle, and hope. From this careful attention, clarity begins to grow. And with clarity often comes a quiet freedom: the ability to live with greater presence and authenticity. Our work together is intended as a way forward, toward a deeper understanding and embracing of yourself.
